Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Teaser Beverages purchase. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your items. After this period, all return requests will be refused.

• All returned products must be in their original/good condition.
• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Transportation costs are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Transportation costs for the return of products are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of defective items.
• Prices listed in the SHOP section do not include applicable taxes, customs and clearance fees if any, or shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise noted.
• Each order is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
• Teaser Beverages reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit an order for any reason whatsoever: credit evaluation, unavailability of a product, or error in the description of the products and/or the price displayed on the website.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our team at hello@teaserbeverages.com. Include your order number, the items you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 10 business days.
